The Decade that Danced | Festival Season Kicks Off Mar 10, 2017 Em Chapman 0 Comment News
We’ve got a mammoth festival filming season ahead of us and a number of very special interviews lined up to support The Decade that Danced trailer which is due for release September 2017! Interviews kicked off at the O2 in March at United Colours of Jungle where we caught up with Drum n Bass legends Darren Jay and Micky Finn after they delivered a back to back AWOL set in the Indigo bar and now it’s festival season!
First stop on the 91 festival circuit was We Are FSTVL where, with the wonderful support of Listen Up, we spent the Sunday covering the Clockwork Orange tent. Clockwork DJ’s Brandon Block and Alex P didn’t disappoint as they exuded stories of pure Ibiza hedonism delivered with endless affection, humour and a huge glint in the eye. Seb Fontaine and Tall Paul shared their magical experiences of the decade that danced before playing to a packed tent that was pink on the outside but very, very orange inside.
Thanks to Clockwork founders and legendary party people, Andy Manston and Danny Gould who shared their brilliantly honest version of the Clockwork Orange story which started in London in 1993 before taking over Ibiza soon after – and we thought we could party.
We Are now warmed right up for what is a huge festival season for us. This weekend (8th-11th June) we’re heading to Isle of Wight Festival on Friday and Saturday before jumping on a stupidly early ferry on Sunday, to make it to Finsbury Park and Tranzmission Festival on Sunday. More on that after some sleep on Monday!
